| Shipping within Canada
Orders are sent via Expedited Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Orders are shipped from Williams Lake, BC and take one business day to process, in addition to Canada Post delivery times. Isolated and rural areas may take longer for delivery.
Shipping to the USA and International
Orders sent outside of Canada are shipped via air mail. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
We are unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Many international destinations are now receiving improved airmail service via Canada Post. For countries and delivery times visit the Canada Post website.
Returns
All merchandise must be returned within 15 days, in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of worn, altered, or laundered merchandise, nor can we credit shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser's credit card.
Returns within Canada
Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
Returns from outside Canada
Ship goods prepaid, by insured Mail. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Willie's Western Wear.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
